My wife and I are enjoying tennis and AA in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The YANA AA club and the AA meetings are terrific.
The AA community in the Low Countries of South Carolina is wonderful. It is deep and focused on recovery.
And the community rallies round when needed: Paul M lost his wife this week, and the AA community has supported him, as they did during the years that she was in memory care.
When I see community support like this, I am more grateful than ever for the Fellowship of AA. We have paid an awful price to enter, but, Lord, what benefits there are.
