“On awakening, we review the day ahead with God.”
I heard a great reason to review the day with God in a recent share at a Meeting.
A young woman shared that it is essential that we follow this direction because “we don’t sleep with our sponsors.”
The Room burst out laughing.
But there was an undercurrent of truth to the moment of humour. When I review my day with God, it goes better. When I consider all the meetings and phone calls that I see coming up in the day with God in mind, I am ready and able to meet the day. It is a very practical solution. I am better prepared for all that the day can bring.
