Recovery: Freedom from Our Addictions
This book is a terrific read. Don't let the foul language and his paraphrasal of the steps put you off. Push through that and get into the book itself and you'll find a wealth of wisdom and understanding. He really does have it set around the program and it is well worth the read. In particular, I found his methodology on inventories in Step 4 to be fascinating.

A former sponsor of mine pointed this one out to me, and I have reread it several times. Some great insights into the subconscious mind and how to train it assisted me in the removal of defects and coping with life.
