Checklists updated March 2021
Daily inventories are like a pilot’s checklist. Morning for take-off and evening for landing. Morning, do the flaps work, are the engines running? Evening, are the wheels down?
These checklists are derived from Pages 86 and 87 of our Big Book. Check them out, try them out. Do them every day.
We have included a Word format version that you can download and customize and a PDF format that you can print and use.

Hi Andy,
I am recovered in OA, and I just discovered your website thanks to the Father Bill W podcast. I will start using your checklists and I’ll be ordering your book too! I always love new 12 step resources, and fresh perspectives on how to deepen our spiritual connection.

Thanks Jessica. You can subscribe to the blogs as well. Your email came in as I was working on a blog. “Happiness is a state of consciousness. Fear is a mood of the soul.” Is the theme I am working on. Welcome as we trudge together.
